Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project implementation plan from given objectives by Project Manager 
  • Estimate and plan the project resource requirement 
  • Direct and Manage Project implementation working with HP IT delivery tower representatives or vendors 
  • Monitor and Control Project work 
  • Produce the expected result on time and within budget 
  • Periodic project updates to project manager and stakeholders
  • Duties:
  • Participate in solution development and costing in collaboration with engineering teams 
  • Organize and manage implementation 
  • Carryout configuration & testing 
  • Participate in change management process 
  • Organize ongoing support for all installed hardware and services 
  • Ensure all new services are fully production ready according to project schedule
  • Provide warranty support 
  • Ensure all redundant equipment & services are decommissioned 
  • Update site documentation on all changes made 
  • Handover support to operations teams


Desired:

  • Possess relevant technical certification or equivalent experience on network
  • technologies. 
  • Good working experience on Telecom infrastructure technologies, e.g. LAN, WAN ,Fire wall, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to complete and organize project documents and tasks
  • Exposure to different work cultures in Americas, EMEA and APJ.
  • Work experience in a virtual team environment

Deliverable:

  • Project Implementation Plan 
  • Implementation Resource Plan 
  • Organize resources through vendor, if required 
  • Develop fallback/contingency plan 
  • Regular project status reports 
  • All services built to the specifications provided by engineering on time and within budget 
  • All documentation required for ongoing support 
  • Organize ongoing support including any training 
  • Organize testing 
  • Organize handover of support to operations team
