  • Troubleshoot Network issues of Enterprise customers (US/CAN region)
  • Early resolution of Critical Cases (Sev1)
  • Good in Root Cause Analysis Skills Required

  8. P2P and P2MP wireless bridging configurations and operation enhancements with products BR1310, 1410 series
  9. Cisco WLC: 2100, 2500, 4400, 5500, WISM, WLCM series Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
  10. Cisco Prime infrastructure series Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
  11. Cisco Mobility service engine, Deployment, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
