Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times)
  • Responsible for answering  inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Responsible for data entries
  • Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool
  • Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Follow-up on tickets created by the agents
Requirement Skills:
  1. Basic concepts of Computers & Networking
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
  3. Good to have skills
  4. Knowledge on Active Directory
  5. Knowledge on Exchange 2003 and 2010
Interview Process :
